New World Development has invested over HKD 10 billion to develop Prince Bay in Shenzhen as a large-scale cultural retail destination. To better visualize the indoor air quality and ensure visitors' health, over 500 quantity of indoor air quality monitors (IAQ) from SAPIENS have been deployed inside the Parent-child shopping mall. These sensor networks provide real-time pollutant information and support building ventilation management.
